How does this work?

  • Decide on the session that best suits you. Remember the free product is only available with the one-hour session.
  • Make your payment here
  • I’ll send you a coaching preparation form which you need to complete and send back to me at least 24 hours before our session. This is so that our time together is effective and focussed on solutions.
  • I’ll also email you a time log to keep track of your time for 3 – 5 days before our session.
  • I’ll also give you 3 times during the week or on Saturdays when we can have your session. I’m in South Africa (GMT +2) so if you live in Europe, we are good and can easily manage to arrange our sessions. If you live in the USA, usually around midday your time works best for both of us. Don’t worry though – I’ve worked with people all over the place (Australia too!) and we always manage to work something out.
  • Once we settle on a time for our session, I’ll send you a meeting request with a time converter just to make sure we both have the right time.
  • We then have our session and your life is transformed :)
