What I do
I’m a time management and business organising speaker and coach who passionately inspires powerful, determined women to break out of overwhelm and take purposeful, focussed action so they have the time and freedom to live life to the full.
I’m based in Johannesburg, South Africa but due to the wonder of technology, I work virtually with people all over the world. I’ve coached clients in South Africa, England, Ireland, the US, Germany, Sweden and the United Arab Emirates.

3. Speaking and workshops
I speak to groups and organisations about subjects related to getting out of overwhelm through managing your time and organising your space.
I also do training and run workshops for 8 – 15 people on a topic of your choice:
